Tucatinib (also translated as Tukatinib; brand name: Tukysa) is able to inhibit the growth of tumor cells that overexpress HER2.

In 2020, the U.S. FDA approved tucatinib in combination with trastuzumab and capecitabine for adult patients with advanced unresectable or metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer, including those with brain metastases, who have previously received one or more anti-HER2-based treatment regimens.
